In vol 1 pp 45/6, one corner torn with slight loss, last 200pp dampstained in lower fore corner, lacks last 2 leaves.       3. Prices do not include postage and packing which will be added to the invoice. Customers should specify if they have particular postage requirements. Overseas customers should specify whether they want their books sent by air or surface mail.

      4. Prices are in £ sterling. We accept cheques in sterling drawn on a UK bank, most debit and credit cards or paypal by arrangement; cards may be the most economic way for overseas customers to pay even for small amounts.
